Anything less than 60 hours. Cancellations you’ll be charged half of your total service that’s scheduled. 48 hours or less you will be charged 100% of your total full service you booked for. No exceptions‼️ We are business and your appointment slot can not be filled with such short notice once cancelled. Please understand that the service you booked for will be the service you get. We may be able to add on an additional service if time allots it. 🚨LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time for you scheduled appointment time. You are allowed up to 10 minutes to be late. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment you will be charged a late fee of $20.00 so please be on time., after the first 20 minutes late or more your appointment will be canceled. You will be CHARGED for the full service. 💯 % We understand life and circumstances happens. Please be respectful of your time as well as ours. Please do not bring anyone extra to your to appointment. Space is limited with us having a full house. We are a busy salon. If you do happen to bring someone they are more than welcome to sit in the food court until you’re service is complete. We do not accept children in salon while you get serviced. We know children can get inpatient and restless. 🚨EATING IN SALON Absolutely not allowed. We do our best to keep bugs and any rodents away!!! You can sit in the food court if needed to eat. Remember this is still your appointment. Please try to eat before your appointment time. 🚨DISPUTES You can not dispute any transactions that your card was charged for canceling or for any services that was performed on your hair. Disputes are not allowed and are backed up by GlossGenius We do not accept any no calls or no shows for all appointments. This will result in no future bookings and you will be banned. You received multiple notification through email and text about your scheduled appointment. 🚨CHEMICAL SERVICES Please notify your hairstylist if you are allergic or have any type of allergies to any hair colors, hair lighteners, relaxers. We are not responsible if you do not disclose this information. We are not responsible for any miss communication or any misleading information you chose not to share. 🚨HAIR PRODUCTS Please let your stylist know if you are allergic to and specific oils that may be in any hair products. Shampoo, conditioners. As well anything else you might be allergic to as well.. please let us know if you are allergic to any hair bonding agents like hair glue, lace adhesives, Hair spray adhesives, We are not responsible if you chose not to disclose this information and you have an allergic reaction of any sort. Please let your stylist know if you have an extra sensitive scalp or if at all any tension on your hair is unbearable. Please do not wait until your service is complete then decided to say something. If I have to take it out. You will be charged and extra $ 60 fee for any takeouts. 🚨 BODY SCULPTING BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT The day prior please drink plenty of water. At least 2 liters or more. The day of drink atleaat 1 lite. You will see better results. Water helps with drainage. Through lymphatic system. Please wear loose fitting clothing. Yoga pants, sweat pants, anything easy to pull down. If you are comfortable wearing thongs please do so. For butt sculpting. Body sculpting/ Contouring is a NON invasive treatments. No surgery, no down time, no needles. You will need to help aid in the process. You want to see great results change your diet a little. Any type of exercise help. Like walking, swimming, yoga, jogging. Don’t just think it will do the works by itself. YES it does work, but it works better with your help. You may see results the same day or you may not. Most do see results same day. If you have a waist trainer , body shsper or Faja please bring it. Wearing it helps contour the body even better. If you recently had any cosmetic surgery. I DO NOT REMIOVE DRAINAGE OR DRAIN. You need to be at least 2 months post op and no open wounds. You’ll be measured before your appointment and after. Let’s get you sculpted ❤️ 🚨HAIR SERVICES You’re hairstylist will educate you on how to properly care for your hair style. This is solely your responsibility to follow specific directions on your hair care. You’re stylist is not responsible for improper care. If in any way your stylist has done something wrong, we will do our best to accommodate you as far as making sure your hair is completed properly. You will need to notify your hairstylist within 3 days once you leave the salon from getting serviced. You then will have to make it back in the salon that same week as your appointment so the issue can be resolved. Anything further than 1 week will not be accepted. We do NOT offer and REFUNDS on and hairstyles, hair bundles or custom units/wigs. We do not accept any Returns as well. You are positioned (faced) in the mirror during or after your hair has been styled. Any problems should and need to be discussed before leaving the salon. When getting a color services please wear dark colored clothing or an older Tee shirt. 🚨ALL SALES ARE FINAL No refunds, returns on any custom units/wigs , hair bundles, hair products or any hair services. No refunds on any hair deposits or consultations. If you chose to book with me after a consultation. You’re consultation fee will go towards your service total. If you choose to not book an appointment after you’re consultation. You’ll lose your consultation fee and it’s non refundable. CONTENT: During your hair service photos or videos may be taken only for content purposes. They may be put on social media for promotion purposes only. If you do not want photos or videos taken, or put on social media please notify your hair stylist before being serviced that way there absolutely no misunderstanding. We respect our clients wishes.
